General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days, after you place an order with us. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm EST. We aim to fulfill and ship orders within 24-48 hours, after your order is placed.
Orders will be fulfilled by UPS, USPS or FedEx. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be shipped by Ground, for $7, in 2-3 business days after order is processed.

Orders requiring express 2nd day ship, chosen at checkout, for $20, will have an estimate delivery of 2 business days, if order is received by 1pm EST. All 2nd day ship orders placed on Friday, will not be shipped until Monday.

You can select shipping options during step two of order checkout. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location. For any questions, please contact getbreezy@breezykidz.com

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new, unused item, with its original tags attached, and in the original packaging, if present, within 30 days of receipt. Please request a Return Confirmation Number, before you ship the item back. Items marked Final Sale may not be exchanged or returned at any time. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return guidelines below. By law, for hygienic reasons, returns on swimwear must include intact hygiene liners and all tags. Swimwear must be returned in its original packaging, if present.

The item must:

Be in its original condition
Have all tags still attached
Be unworn and unwashed

If the item returned meets the above criteria, a refund will be granted in 5-7 business days. Customers are advised to insure their Return Shipment, with their chosen carrier.
